The rooms were big and spacious, with comfortable beds and soft pillows. the hotel had a great view of the mountains, which made it feel like a true escape from the city. the breakfast spread had a lot of variety, and the coffee was really good.

The staff was not very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. We loved the cozy and clean rooms, as well as the beautiful hotel facilities. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the airport made transportation very easy for us.

Our romantic escape was wonderful, with a comfy bed and beautiful view. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the delicious meals offered. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the added touch of having hot water bottles and cozy pillows.

Our room wasn't as clean as we expected, with some unpleasant odors lingering. the jacuzzi in our room was a bit impractical, causing the windows to steam up and making it difficult to enjoy the view.

Located conveniently close to the airport and the Timbavati area, this hotel with royal, like surroundings offers the perfect romantic getaway. the comfortable rooms, decorated with beautiful furnishings, provide all the amenities needed for a luxurious stay. the attentive staff ensure a hassle, free experience with excellent service, making you feel like royalty. the food is simply delicious and well, priced, with an extensive wine selection to choose from.

Despite the hotel's idyllic nature, there seem to be no options with disabilities, which could be a challenge for some.
